Overwhelm Course for HSPs
how do i stop feeling so overwhelmed all the time?
how do i explain that i get overwhelmed easily to others?
why can't i just be "normal"?
These are the questions I get asked a lot. One of the biggest challenges that a highly sensitive person has to face is feeling overwhelmed easily. Unfortunately, HSPs are just a lot more sensitive to external and internal factors than the "average" person. But, being sensitive is not a bad thing!
Being highly sensitive is amazing. HSPs are empathetic, caring, creative, loving, strong... the list could go on! What makes me sad is when people wish they weren't so sensitive. You don't have to wish you were someone else. You were put on this Earth as a sensitive being for a reason. Our planet needs you. If you spend your whole life trying to wish away your sensitivity, you aren't fulfilling all that you were meant to do here, in this lifetime.
If you get overwhelmed easily by daily life, you're not alone! I still get very overwhelmed when I don't practice what I preach. That is why I decided to create a course and a community to help others deal with the feeling of being overwhelmed easily, learn to prevent it, and learn to explain it to others more confidently.
The thing is... I didn't want the course to be overwhelming! That kind of defeats the purpose, right? ;-)
So, I created a simple, 5-day course with easy to implement advice with lessons I've learned and things I do in my daily life. Once you join, you'll get videos, worksheets, affirmations, advice, and a community of people like you in a closed Facebook Group. My hope is that highly sensitive people from around the world can come together to share their ideas, thoughts, breakthroughs and help each other.
DAY 1: Learn more about why highly sensitive people get overwhelmed so easily and figure out your specific overwhelm triggers.
DAY 2: We go over how to better effectively communicate your needs to others and how to explain your overwhelm to people who may not get it.
DAY 3: Learn to prevent feeling overwhelmed with your specific "toolkit and guide"!
DAY 4: Learn about the different types of overwhelm and how to work through each one.
DAY 5: Learn to implement more self-care into your life and start a gratitude practice to feel more calm and positive every single day.
Each day, you'll get a video where I explain more about the topic of the day and give you advice. Then you download the worksheet(s) for each day to help you work through your specific triggers (no one is exactly the same, so everyone has different feeling of overwhelm and things that trigger it).
