Lately, I've realized how important your thoughts and words are in shaping your current reality. HSPs tend to be really hard on ourselves... do you find this to be true? I certainly do.
Today I want you to really think about the stories you tell yourself. The statements you think or say to yourself or others on a daily basis. How often do you say negative "I am" statement? For example, "I'm fat", "I'm broke", "I'm too sensitive", "I'm hard to love", etc.
How does that make you feel? These statements seem normal in our culture but have you ever stopped to realize how they affect you? How would it feel to wake up and fill your day with "I'm beautiful" or "I'm empathetic" or "I'm strong", etc?
