I'd like to help. My name is Lauren and I'm the founder of Find Your Magic as a Highly Sensitive Person. I've been dealing with anxiety for most of my life. I distinctly remember when we first got the Internet at home when I was around 12 and googling my frequent symptoms.
Everything kept coming back to one thing... anxiety. That's when a lot of things started clicking but I still didn't really know how to deal. Now I'm 30 and I still deal with my fair share of anxious feelings, but I am MUCH better than I was. Like a few years ago when I could barely leave the house and was having panic attacks every night and cried everywhere I went. Now I go out to different events, feel more at ease and in general deal with less anxiety in my life. Even when I do, I can handle it and no longer have many panic attacks.
So I've compiled all of the advice I've found and tips that have worked for me into a little course for you. Since I know EVERYONE deals with anxiety these days, I wanted to make it super affordable too.
